Jamey Sinardi is an integrative health coach, keynote speaker, and certified specialist in nutritional psychiatry who focuses on the mind-gut-earth connection and the root causes that influence health and well-being. Her work blends functional and lifestyle medicine with a collaborative care approach, partnering with licensed healthcare providers to give individuals the support, tools, and education they need to make lasting changes.
Jamey’s passion for health is deeply personal. Born with an autoimmune condition she no longer has, she has faced and overcome extraordinary challenges—including surviving cancer twice and living with chronic pain after reconstructive spinal surgery. She was once told she would never have children and would be in a wheelchair by the age of 30—yet she became a mother of two and even went on to play ice hockey as a goalie.
At 30, Jamey also discovered she was neurodivergent, with severe dyslexia and dysgraphia. Through her own journey, she found that targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes played a key role in improving her focus, mood, and resilience. This experience strengthened her belief in the power of addressing the root causes of health concerns and inspired her to help others navigate their own unique challenges.
Her personal journey gives her a deep understanding of the pain-anxiety cycle, the impact of lifestyle on healing, and the importance of reconnecting with the body and the environment. Jamey now helps individuals and organizations build resilience and improve well-being by integrating nutrition, sustainable lifestyle strategies, and mindset support.
As a keynote speaker, Jamey inspires audiences with her story of perseverance and shares science-informed, practical strategies for wellness. Her talks highlight the connection between personal health, food and health policy, and environmental sustainability—showing how caring for our bodies and caring for the planet are deeply interconnected. Her coaching and health advocacy are educational and complementary and are not a substitute for professional medical care.
